Cast Iron Carbon Steel Star Type Unloader Ash Unloading Valve
Star type ash unloading valve is also called star type unloading device (star type unloader). It is composed of motor, tooth difference planetary reducer (x) or needle fiber cycloid reducer (z) and rotary dragon unloader. There are two series and 60 specifications. The inlet and outlet flanges are of type A and the circular ones are of type B. It is composed of rotor impeller with several blades, shell, reducer and seals. It is mainly installed in the ash hopper of dust collector for ash discharge. It can also be widely used in the unloading device of ash feeding and unloading system in chemical industry, metallurgy, mining, machinery, electric power, grain and other industries
